Full terms of the Programme are set forth below. In these terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refers to Affinity Solutions, the manager of the Programme. This Programme is provided by us and CIBC FirstCaribbean shall in no way be liable for any services or benefits not directly supplied by CIBC FirstCaribbean related to this Programme. You must deal directly with us for any such services or benefits in respect of any dispute related to this Programme.
These terms are subject to change by us at any time, without notice to you. These terms are binding on you as long as you are enrolled in the Programme. They also are binding after your enrollment if the Programme is terminated, as to any issue or transaction that occurred during your enrollment.
CIBC FirstCaribbean Credit Cardholders with Visa® Classic, Visa® Gold or bizline™ (the “Card”) are enrolled automatically in the Programme if they reside in: Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Aruba, British Virgin Islands, Curaçao (bizline™ only), Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Maarten, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad & Tobago (bizline™ only), and Turks & Caicos Islands. However, Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Programme. The Programme allows Members to earn Rewards Points on certain transactions when using their CIBC FirstCaribbean Card to pay for such transactions.
An email address is mandatory for enrollment in the Programme.
Currently, there is no fee for enrollment or annual fee to participate in the Programme; however, Members must continue to be qualified for a CIBC FirstCaribbean account and meet other eligibility criteria we may introduce from time to time. If we institute an annual fee at any future time, we will notify you 30 days prior to the change and give you the right to cancel your enrollment in the Programme before the fee is imposed.
If you fail to meet the aforementioned eligibility requirements, CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards maintains the right to withhold the Rewards Points you've earned.
Your continued use of your Card while enrolled as a member of the Programme constitutes your consent to these terms and conditions in connection with any transactions you make while you are a participant in the Programme. We also may cancel your enrollment in the Programme for any reason by providing you 30 days' notice.
You agree that you will not attempt to transmit any offers or Rewards offered under the Programme to any other person, and that you will not misuse the Programme. The Rewards Points you have accumulated may not be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or traded. You also agree to let us know, by calling within 30 days, CIBC FirstCaribbean customer service toll-free from the Bahamas: 242-393-4141 / 242-300-2244, toll-free from Curaçao and St. Maarten: 0-801-0244, toll-free from all other countries: 1-877-888-2422, direct from Barbados: 246-431-5490, direct from Aruba: 297-582-0017, direct from Jamaica: 876-922-5331 / 876-967-1734, or collect from all other countries: 246-431-5490 if your address or other information changes.
If you or CIBC FirstCaribbean closes your CIBC FirstCaribbean Card account, or ends your enrollment in the Programme, you no longer will be able to accumulate Rewards Points. At that time, if you have any accrued Rewards Points you will forfeit them upon the termination of your CIBC FirstCaribbean Bank account, or your Programme membership.

We also may cancel your enrollment in the Programme for any reason, at any time—for example, if the Programme is terminated, or if we determine that you have violated Programme rules.
Use your CIBC FirstCaribbean Visa Classic, Visa Gold, and bizline™ Credit Cards to make purchases and earn points. CIBC FirstCaribbean Visa Classic and Visa Gold Credit Cards will earn rewards based on annual spend: 1 point per US$1 spent, up to total spend of $250,000 during a calendar year. bizline™ Credit Cards will earn rewards based on annual spend: 1 point per US$1 spent, up to total spend of $250,000 during a calendar year; and 1 point per US$2 spent above $250,000 during a calendar year. All points earned on additional bizline™ Credit Cards will be applied to the enrolled business account.
Offers extended by merchants (“Merchants”) displayed on the CIBC FirstCaribbean Website will allow you to earn additional Rewards Points when you follow all terms and conditions for each offer as listed on the Website.
You will only receive reward points from eligible online purchases through CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards when you shop through the links on the CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards website or in CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards emails.
If you return an item within 60 days of the date of the purchase transaction and, as a result, receive either cash or credit after you already have earned Rewards Points, CIBC FirstCaribbean reserves the right to deduct from your Rewards account the Rewards Points you originally received for the returned item.
If you believe that you have made purchases that should have resulted in the addition of Rewards Points to your accumulated Rewards Points balance, and you see that the Rewards Points have not been reflected within 30 days of your purchase (date the charge appears on your Card statement), you can call customer service toll-free from the Bahamas: 242-393-4141 / 242-300- 2244, toll-free from Curaçao and St. Maarten: 0-801-0244, toll-free from all other countries: 1- 877-888-2422, direct from Barbados: 246-431-5490, direct from Aruba: 297-582-0017, direct from Jamaica: 876-922-5331 / 876-967-1734, or collect from all other countries: 246-431-5490 within 90 days of the date of such purchase and we will investigate the situation. (If you wait longer than 90 days, your ability to claim the Rewards Points will be considered waived.)
You understand that Rewards Points have no cash value and can be redeemed only for cash back awards or items listed on the Rewards Website while your enrollment in the Programme is in effect. You have no ownership rights in any Rewards Points you accumulate, but you will own any cash back award or item that you redeem Rewards Points for.
In Curaçao, and Trinidad & Tobago, only bizlineTM Credit Cards are eligible to participate in CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards.
No written confirmation of your accumulated Rewards Points will be sent to you. However, you can check your accumulated Rewards Points online at www.cibcfcibrewards.com, or you can call us to request information by calling customer service toll-free from the Bahamas: 242-393-4141 / 242-300-2244, toll-free from Curaçao and St. Maarten: 0-801-0244, toll-free from all other countries: 1-877-888-2422, direct from Barbados: 246-431-5490, direct from Aruba: 297-582-0017, direct from Jamaica: 876-922-5331 / 876-967-1734, or collect from all other countries: 246-431-5490.
The Rewards you accrue on CIBC FirstCaribbean Visa Gold and bizline™ Credit Cards will expire after 60 months, so long as you maintain your active CIBC FirstCaribbean account. Rewards accrued on a CIBC FirstCaribbean Visa Classic Credit Card do not expire and will be automatically converted into a cash back reward on a quarterly basis. All accumulated Rewards Points which have not been redeemed previously, will expire and be forfeited in the event your CIBC FirstCaribbean account is closed, terminated, or cancelled by you or CIBC FirstCaribbean.
The Programme provides you with the opportunity to redeem your Rewards Points in various ways based on your Card. For Visa Classic Cardholders, points are automatically converted to cash back on a quarterly basis. For Visa Gold Cardholders, points can be redeemed for cash back to your Card account, travel rewards, gift cards, or a charitable donation. For bizline™ Cardholders, points can be redeemed for cash back to your Card account, travel rewards, gift cards, or a charitable donation. When redeeming points for Cash Back, points redeemed must be submitted online through the CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards website at www.cibcfcibrewards.com . The cash equivalent to your point redemption will be credited to your respective CIBC FirstCaribbean Credit Card account. Crediting of funds to accounts will occur four times per year per the below schedule. The point value must be equal to or greater than $10 USD for CIBC FirstCaribbean Visa Gold and bizline™ Cardholders.
When redeeming points for Charitable Contributions, points redeemed for Charitable Contributions must be submitted online through the CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards website at www.cibcfcibrewards.com with one of the approved charities selected. The cash equivalent to your point redemption will be distributed to your selected charity. Payment of funds to the charitable institutions will occur four times per year per the below schedule.
Redemptions for gift cards and travel may take place at any time that the cardholder has enough points to redeem for the respective item. For Travel terms and conditions, please view the travel terms on the travel portion of the website.
Neither we, CIBC FirstCaribbean, nor any other vendor for the Programme, nor any of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents will be liable to you, or anyone making a claim on your behalf, in connection with (i) the failure to add Rewards Points to your balance based on your spending at any Participating Retailer who fails to fulfill its obligations under the Programme (such as transmitting information concerning your spending); (ii) any change in rewards which is reflected on the CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards Website; (iii) any forfeiture of Rewards Points due to termination of the Programme or your enrollment; (iv) any dispute you may have with any Participating Retailer or related to your transactions with, or purchases from the Retailer; (v) any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience caused by any occurrence outside of our control; or (vi) any content, products, or service appearing on a Website to which we provide a link from www.cibcfcibrewards.com . Additionally, none of us makes any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or assumes any implied warranty obligations.
Neither we, CIBC FirstCaribbean and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or representatives are responsible for and You release them from any and all liability arising as a result of any lost or unauthorized use of the CIBC FirstCaribbean Card Account, bizline™ rewards or for any unauthorized redemption of Eligible bizline™ CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards. Neither we, nor CIBC FirstCaribbean and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or representatives, are responsible for any unauthorized transactions by any unauthorized user on a Card Account, including the unauthorized redemption of rewards. The business/company shall notify CIBC FirstCaribbean immediately if there are any changes to the authorized signatory (ies) on the account.
Given by an authorized signatory of the Counterparty as per the Foreign Exchange Service Agreement Form which Form may be updated as necessary using the correct procedures as set out in writing by way of fax or email and executed with the understanding that an actual sale is intended and that it is Counterparty intention and obligation in every case to deliver the currency to cover any and all sales delivery versus payment.
We may terminate, change or temporarily suspend the Programme, or change the Programme rules or awards at any time, with or without notice. This means that the accumulation of Rewards Points does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to the Rewards Points, awards, or Programme benefits.
In accumulating Rewards Points, you may not rely on the continued availability of any award or award level, and you may not be able to obtain all offered awards. Any award may be withdrawn, or the Rewards Points requirement relating to it may be changed at any time. These changes may affect the value of, or your ability to use, any accumulated Rewards Points. Additionally, we may amend these terms at any time, and the changes may apply to accumulated Rewards Points, as well as the Programme in general.
Proper functioning of the Programme (including the tracking of Rewards Points and redemption options) depends on an exchange of information among us, CIBC FirstCaribbean, CIBC FirstCaribbean Rewards, Merchants, and each of our vendors. The information we exchange includes information about your transactions and your spending. We will not use or share with others your spending information for purposes other than to administer the Programme.
The Programme is void where prohibited by law. Any dispute concerning any aspect of the Programme, including without limitation, the Programme rules, your enrollment, any cash reward or any award will be governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
These Programme rules contain the entire agreement between you, the CIBC FirstCaribbean Credit Cardholder, CIBC FirstCaribbean, and us, regarding the Programme.
